Disliked: The disability rooms are very small for a person in a mobility wheelchair and also no lift so if you had a pram or buggy you had to lift it all up to the room on the second floor, we requested a travel cot but was very dirty so didn’t end up using this at all and had to go out and grab a next to me crib for my 2 month old baby. We also thought in the disability room there would be a walk in shower but it turns out that there is a bath over the shower so people with no strength and who can’t go over a bath can not wash and only have a strip wash

Liked: location was useful.
Disliked: Got given a twin room when id booked a double room. Yet double rooms were still available on the website. Room was cold - couldnt get heating to work. Found a hair in my mushrooms at breakfast, then some stuck to the sausages. Gave up with breakfast as felt a bit disgusted by this point (hairs were black and about 1 inch in length approx.

Liked: The staff were very helpful as we were held up for 3 hours near the Seven Bridge and were not going to arrive before 00:00.The room was spacious and clean.The beds were very comfortable.

Liked: Staff are very welcoming and attentive to your needs!!! Kate and Shiana was very helpful and went far and beyond to assist us in our stay !!! Everything was in place and lots of facilities including breakfast,tea and coffee sundries,comfortable bed ,shower!!!Also parking was available with registration of vehicle; great _kg1production.
Disliked: Vegetable sausage at breakfast was a bit hit and miss but overall very good and tasty!!! kg1production!!!
