Liked: Such lovely welcome back from Roberta and her colleagues all are very friendly wonderful helpful staff. We thank you again for a great stay. Never any complaints. Was just as perfect as last time. We are very grateful appreciate everyone's amazing service everytime we come kids feel happy and receive a really warm reception. They enjoyed their stay.

Good basic hotel but watch...

Liked: Kingsize bed, room was clean and nice touch with dove products
Disliked: Having to pay for parking, this wasn’t clear when booking that car park charges of £12 per day were extra

Liked: Room was great. TV and WiFi good. Breakfast was perfect.
Disliked: Room was not cleaned and restocked during the stay.Small print of £12 a day to park. Never use to charge just enter registration plate. I will not return here because of this. No EV chargingNo breakfast with first night's stay even though I added an extra night at last minute, which was meant to be same as original booking.

Liked: Absolutely nothing !!!!
Disliked: . The staff were rude, it was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was disgusting. It was not soundproof at all. We were kept up by the neighbour in and out of the room all night. We felt very unsafe. The only decent thing going for it was the lake, and we couldn't even see through the dirty windows. There was no shop anywhere near there, not even a garage in walking distance.
