Disliked: Nothing in the room worked first time. The first room did not have a safe, the next room the safe didn’t work as was removed and replacedThe TV had to be completely retuned and next the batteries in the controller had to be replaced.The hair drying constantly cut out, just like it did the last time we stayed. There was no PAT certificate on the appliance.The bathroom was very shabby and antiquated. Although the rooms have been decorated the appliances and outdated infrastructure remain the same. We booked for two nights but left after one, we did not want to be there.The staff did there best and were very helpful.

Liked: lady that greeted me at reception was lovely. room wasn't quite ready but she was polite, explained what was happening and chased it up.
