Great shuttle to and from Waterfront Concert. Excellent rooms!

Very nice clean hotel. Friendly front desk staff. Ate breakfast at the restaurant and prices were very good. Took the shuttle to the concert - again very friendly staff, met 3 drivers over the 2 days and all were friendly with prompt service! Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Family trip for basketball

Liked: It was a good location and not a bad price.
Disliked: There were a lot of rowdy kids in the pool that were being awful and using all the pool towels and after I had spoken to them multiple times about splashing and hitting and whipping with towels and using all the towels I told the front desk who did not even bother to do a thing so I took my kids back to the room because they didn’t feel comfortable or safe swimming in that.

Would 100 percent stay again...

Liked: Amazing front desk service and staff VERY PLEASED
Disliked: The breakfast in the morning wasn’t very pleased but staff was helpful and corrected the mistake.

Liked: Clean room, comfortable. Location is excellent for the business we were in Bangor for.
Disliked: Some items need to be upgraded or replaced. The door cards worked sporadically and the window shade track needed to be tightened.
