Liked: Location is perfect! Absolutely perfect! The room was very clean. We loved the balcony. The front desk staff (Alicia in particular) was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast staff look miserable, for some reason. The breakfast buffet is terrible (maybe it’s the reason?). Sadly, we could not stomach a second breakfast there; we went to Dunkin’ Donuts nearby, which was better.

Liked: Free parking and easy access to the trail along Town Lake.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The hotel provides a free shuttle from the airport, and it's close to the river. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room was old, there was a gas station next to the hotel, and to the other side, it was quite dark during the evening. Also, the breakfast was poor of choices, with nothing healthy being served. They took more money than they should for the security deposit (much more actually), and I am still waiting for the reimbursement, after 5 business days since the check-out (I know this is out of the hotel's control, but given the high amount they took from my card, it's not a fun experience to have now with the waiting time). I wouldn't go back to this hotel.
