Liked: Staff could not have been better, very accommodating, always available, Bed comfortable, room clean, quiet Toilet, elevator efficient , pleasant lobby, clean facility, good lighting, appreciated appliances,
Disliked: Ripped curtains, heating in room didn't work. Didn't know breakfast was an additional cost, no information in rooms to welcome you and tell you how to work heating, or TV, microwave etc., no hotel paper to write notes or writing instruments

The stay was nice, just...

Liked: The bathroom had a walk-in shower, it was quiet, the staff and cleaning crew were great.
Disliked: Our bathroom sink had a big crack in it, the faucet sprayed 2 different directions, the shower door handle kept falling apart. They need to update the bathroom add a handheld shower wand along with the shower head. The drawers constantly rolled open unless I put cardboard between them. Hallway carpet needed updating it looked old and dingy.
