Liked: Staff could not have been better, very accommodating, always available, Bed comfortable, room clean, quiet Toilet, elevator efficient , pleasant lobby, clean facility, good lighting, appreciated appliances,
Disliked: Ripped curtains, heating in room didn't work. Didn't know breakfast was an additional cost, no information in rooms to welcome you and tell you how to work heating, or TV, microwave etc., no hotel paper to write notes or writing instruments

The stay was nice, just...

Liked: The bathroom had a walk-in shower, it was quiet, the staff and cleaning crew were great.
Disliked: Our bathroom sink had a big crack in it, the faucet sprayed 2 different directions, the shower door handle kept falling apart. They need to update the bathroom add a handheld shower wand along with the shower head. The drawers constantly rolled open unless I put cardboard between them. Hallway carpet needed updating it looked old and dingy.

I will not be staying...

Liked: Breakfast was ok, coffee tasted burnt the biscuits and gravy were definitely from a can and eggs were watery
Disliked: The loud alarm at 6am that was on our floor that didn't turn off for about an hour or over an hour. Completely disrupted my sleep and honestly sucked for a hangover
