Not pleased

Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: The facility is old and carpets are very dirty. Pool water was cloudy and dirty. A woman who appeared to be staff had 8 children in the pool who were very rude and loud.

Disappointing

Disliked: Keurig didn't work and was disgusting..TV wasn't working due to no HDMI Outlets on lamp.didmt work....the Keurig tho .. terrible

Holiday Inn truly makes traveling...

Liked: Everything—check in was a breeze, the restaurant and bar were exceptional, breakfast was really good! This will be our “hotel” when we visit Augusta.
