Liked: Customer Service before checkin is appalling. Esp when u try to call through to holiday to ensure everything was ok. But the staff member Noreen was so rude. Spoke to her over the phone could hardley hear she put me on hold for 20min and then came bakc on and said she is busy serving customers ( i thought to myself I must not be a customer ) then she hung up never called back. 2. I was advised that an email will go through to the property to upgrade us to a suite. But then got the holiday inn it was never the case. Luckily the lovely duty manager was wonderful and tried to help us and even organised a meal as we had missed the time ( which was the reason I tried to call theough before checkin to ensure) everythign else was great. But staff needs more training the staff on the phone and the lady Noreen at front desk. Everyone else was great.
