Exceptional customer service makes this...

Liked: A very comfortable stay. The hotel is clean and the food is good pub grub standard. It is good value for money. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The receptionist, David, went out of his way to help us but every other member of staff we encountered was really friendly and helpful.
