I slept through the named...

Liked: Everything except the noise, and having to manoeuvre an armchair to access the light switch! The reception was cheerful and welcoming, the place was clean, the room free of unpleasant smells, and the neat tea-making facility fully stocked; and plenty of towels and pillows.
Disliked: When I arrived in the room, I noticed that there was a compressor-like droning, throbbing noise outside, quite intrusive. It appeared to be the extractor system for the kitchens, since when I opened the window a gust of garlic-scented air blew in. There were no vehicles on that side of the building. Happily it turned off at about ten o'clock, and I had a peaceful night until 05.20hrs, when, with a metallic groan and rumble, it started up again, loudly, and settled somewhat like an old engine running under the window. Further sleep was impossible, the sound being transmitted through the walls and bed. When I left at 07.15, there was no-one on reception to report this to, so I'd advise management to check out rooms on that side of the building and the effect that the noise from an obviously worn or decrepit machine has on guests when started up in the early hours.The main part of the bedroom was poorly lit, with a standard lamp in a corner, two dim bedside lights and a desk lamp. The standard lamp had a floor switch, but this required me to move an armchair to access it. Not great design!

Fantastic stay!

Liked: The staff was very friendly! The food was great!!!! Breakfast and dinner were amazing. Even a little surprise in the room for Christmas.
Disliked: Nothing! It was great!

Liked: A great breakfast, not far from M2 good free parking nice reception hall
Disliked: Would have liked the hairdryer in the bathroom.

Disliked: Room service menu okay not a massive choice and a little expensive. First world problems I know
