Liked: The exceptional service in incredibly difficult circumstances due to Hurricane Helene. No power, no electricity or water but the staff kept smiling and doing what they could to help. There was a huge amount of anxiety with severe flooding and local evacuations but to their credit they kept calm and kept going. Amazing.

Liked: Overall a nice hotel stay and experience. Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Feel short with the amenities. The pool was covered which ok it’s 90 degrees but it is late September so I can overlook that. The big disappointment was the restaurant and bar was closed last minute “due to preventive maintenance”. Which is why I booked that hotel was for the restaurant & bar.

Liked: I really loved the location of this hotel. T staff was great and helpful, the location is beautiful right next to the mountains and the room overall was very clean.
Disliked: The only complaint I have is when I was taking a shower I noticed a Brown hair that was not mines that was located on the ledge in the shower. No one in the room had went into the bathroom or gotten into the shower before I did so I know this hair belonged to the guests that stay before us. That told me that the shower was not as clean as I would have liked it. However, I would like to add I am very picky when it comes to how the bathrooms are cleaned and I wear shower shoes in public places so it wasn't a huge deal.
