Liked: The staff was very friendly and responsive. Beds were comfy and good suite layout for families.
Disliked: The pool was loved by my son. Could have been a little cleaner, but aware a volleyball team was staying there. The breakfast area could have used an extra wipe down as well.

Liked: Nice enough. Close the airport. They charge for parking !
Disliked: One of our rooms a/c wasn’t working. Maintenance came without tools. We went dinner. He never came back. We had a suite so the other room was able to help cool off the bedroom. The kids fell asleep so we didn’t change rooms. The next day they sorry but offered nothing else . I just don’t think they care if I ever come back .

All in all it was...

Liked: Breakfast was really good. Pool was lots of fun.
Disliked: Had to pay extra for parking. Room description when booking said full kitchen and had pictures of it but the room we got only had mini fridge and microwave.

Liked: The lady at the front desk did a great job. When we got there the power was out so we couldn't check in. When the power came back on she had a long list of people to check in and she got it handled fast and professionally.
Disliked: Too noisy

Liked: Everything was nice, we were hungry and didn’t need to go anywhere because the restaurant next door.

Pretty terrible without any hot...

Liked: Location and cleanliness were appreciated.
Disliked: I did not have hot water for the last two days of my stay. We could not shower for the last two days of our trip. Pretty disappointing when all we were told was the City is working on it. No alternative was offered nor was any refund offered.
