Liked: The front desk woman told us that the room we booked online (2 queen beds + sofa bed) was not available so she upgraded us to a suite which was nice. Kind of. The king bed was great for three of us but we had 3 others who were ableto make the sofa bed and sofa work even though they conceded that the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable. The bathroom in the suite was awesome although we didn't use the giant tub because it takes too long to fill. I did attempt to fill it but I had to fix the drain first. Apparently one of the previous guests had gotten a tiny plastic orca whale jammed into the drain lol. You couldn't see it at first but while I was fixing the drain mechanism I found it lol. You can't make this stuff up
Disliked: Poop stew in the toilet.
