Nice property but needs upgrades

Liked: The restaurant staff were very nice and so was the front desk person.
Disliked: I feel like the rooms really need an upgrade. I’ve been staying at this hotel off and on over the last 8 years and the price for the room doesn’t reflect the quality of room we stayed in. The rooms have become very dingy and run down.

Liked: The overall experience was fine, but I want to single out this particular hotel for their assistance. My mother accidentally left her I-Pad under a cover in the room. The maid discovered it, turned it into the front desk, and they notified us they had it and requested what action to be taken. Although it took a couple of weeks due to a few glitches, we DID receive the I-Pad back in Missouri about two weeks later. They did not HAVE to do this, we would never have known for sure where we lost it. But they went above and beyond, and we do sincerely appreciate it. A nice hotel, close proximity to Hardee's and a few other places. Not the best looking place from the road, but it was an excellent night's stay after a long drive.
