Travelling through USA.. .continuity of...

Liked: Quiet and friendly staff
Disliked: No breakfast facilities…purchased this booking on-line whilst travelling through USA on booking.com as “breakfast inc” no breakfast!!! Hotel requested breakfast as $10 each extra. Not very happy about this at all. We have experienced the same hotel chain, purchased through your organisation, as breakfast inc! please explain?
