For the price paid hotel...

Liked: I have an additional charges from Holiday inn on my card that they claim is not showing on their side. The lady I talked to at front desk was completely rude about the situation and would not help me.

Not the cleanest

Liked: Room was dirty. Lots of hair in the shower and bathroom. Food crumbs on the nightstand. Common areas were not clean, either. Breakfast was the only positive experience.

Liked: It was great! Clean and new
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were nice but the floor around each is dangerously slippery! And the hot tub jets didn’t work while we were there. But the kids still had fun

Liked: Customer service and room accomadations were excellent.
Disliked: I did not locate a non-slip mat for the tub when I was taking a shower and almost fell in the tub.

Questioning if will use site...

Liked: Didn’t look clean.
Disliked: We reserved a king room on your site, only upon arrival said they were sold out, refused to accommodate and said your site was wrong. I did look at your site after check in and you still were selling king size rooms. So you need to refund my money to make this right. Also went to your help page and told would be 24 hours till response and as of now now response. You need to get this together.
