Overall a good stay
Disliked: Carpet in rooms need deep cleaning services. Please let people know you have to buy breakfast additional. If there's a big conference prepared not to have a parking spot.

It was better than staying...
Liked: The beds were confortable and the staff was nice and friendly even when our card key would not open our door due to the reader running out of battery. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner but that is just due to my attention to detail.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the shower was not completely clean, but it’s understandable. It was also an inconvenience that the reader to unlock the door was not working when we arrived after driving for six hours, but staff handled the mishap with grace.

Liked: I liked the downtown setting with the pretty old churches.
Disliked: We had a couple issues in our room. Our toilet didn’t work properly; the tank took a while to fill up when we would flush, so we couldn’t use it more than once every 30 minutes or so. We ran out of body wash mid shower, and it was our first night, so I feel like those things should be checked and filled more. Aside from the room, the elevators were extremely slow, and the door to the pool was broken.
