Liked: I liked it but check in was suppose to be in at 3 and we didn’t get to check in till 3:45ish cause rooms still weren’t cleaned.

An ok stay, wish we...
Liked: It was nice and cozy and quiet.
Disliked: The person who checked us in. He was not not talkable . He didn’t offer hospitality , or seem like he was happy to see us. My dog is a registered service animal , and we was charged 50$. Every where else we stay, they don’t charge us. I wanted to cancel the stay, but I was tired mentally.

Not family friendly.
Liked: Clean room, comfortable bed. The hotel smelled clean. Staff was okay.
Disliked: After returning to our hotel around 8:30 PM, we were met with a group of people drinking, smoking, and blocking the main entrance. Their behavior was disruptive and made it difficult to enter the hotel. While I understand there is a bar on-site, allowing guests to take over the entrance like this is unacceptable. Despite bringing it to the staff’s attention, nothing was done. If you're looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay, I’d recommend booking elsewhere. Wont return to this hotel.

Never again will I make...
Disliked: The room smelt like mildew. the elevators weren't working correctly they would start to close right as you got on there. then they were slow to come down. The location is right across from a church which ended up having a wedding that night we went.The day we left they were rushing us out the building because the wedding crew was also leaving that day. The guys came out amd wouldn't let you unload your own stuff from the cart. I told them we got it so he left but 5 minutes later he came back and I still had a lot left to put in my trunk so he started grabbing my stuff and handing it to me ti get the cart away from me as fast as possible. mind you I also have a 2 year old. my husband and my brother in law was there so we had quite a bit of stuff. Idk the only reason we stayed was because I got a non refundable room.
