Liked: My reservation was booked with 2 queen beds and they failed to with hold that reservation and then had nothing for me when arrived

Liked: I liked the cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the late night staff.
Disliked: I specifically called to verify there would be shuttle service to the amphitheater prior to reserving the stay. Nothing was mentioned about it at check in. At 5pm we called to get a reservation for the shuttle and we're told it was full and no additional riders would be taken. Very disappointing!
