Disliked: generally felt it needed better cleaning. bathroom floor was sticky. Hotel smelled like dirty socks.

Horrible experience over all!

Liked: Once I got in I liked how it smelled fresh!
Disliked: Costumer service is horrible! The only treason we booked was for the pool! We planned and spent money on swimwear for the pool! The person at front did nothing to solve the issue. I requested to check out late but they didn’t allow me, than I asked what time the pool would close and they told me it wasn’t available and the booking website didn’t state it. I asked to get moved to a different location and they told me they couldn’t! The person at front didn’t seem to be helpful. I requested a manager and he said he was basically the manager. I called booking and told me they couldn’t do anything till the manager got there in the morning per the front person. I requested to speak to a manager through booking and they called but the call didn’t go through. When I got to the room the sofa bed had a gum and was stained. The bathroom sink had toothpaste and hairs all over and the bathtub had hairs around! Worst holiday inn out of all! The last holiday inn we staid at stated they had a sofa bed and they didn’t but we didn’t complain because we always arrive around 6 so we were already tired but this took the price for all of them! I’m super frustrated and was basically a waste of money and time!

Liked: It was convenient and clean and the staff was lovely. The beds are comfortable.
Disliked: It seemed very cold. Mostly from the lighting. The toilet did not work well and the coffee machine in the room was out of order.
