Comfortable accommodation let down by...

Liked: Comfortable beds.Friendly helpful staff at reception and housekeeping.
Disliked: On first night steak delivered with charcoal-textured burnt surface... inedible.Very slow service in restaurant, on second evening. Two and a half hours to get through meal. Ages waiting between courses. Wrong bill presented on second evening in restaurant

Passable

Liked: No porridge & too much emphasis on a fried breakfast.
Disliked: The aircon ducts in my room whirred every 30 mins from 5am & woke me up.And I gave you my debit card & instead of taking £1 off it, you took £134 & £68, and I am still waiting for the £68 to be refunded to my account.
