Superb

Liked: Great hotel, we stay here 3 times a year. Room was clean and fresh, beds very comfy. All Staff just amazing and friendly, especially want to mention Gabriella from the restaurant,she is amazing, we had a dinner there 2 evenings, thank you for your hospitality we really was feeling welcomed. We had really good stay and Definitely will be back soon.
Disliked: We had to wait for about 5 min each time for warm water from the tap in bathroom.

Overall a decent stay.

Liked: The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was nice and the restaurant staff were very friendly.
Disliked: I found the male receptionist unprofessional as he kept us waiting for quite a while at check in as he reclined back in his chair chatting on the phone as I was being accosted by a homeless man that had been put up in the hotel by the council. I have encountered this male receptionist twice and he never smiles or appears to be friendly.

Liked: I’ve stayed here twice as it’s close to where I need to be for workStaff are super friendly and always happy to help if needed The food in the restaurant is great too I liked that they were running specials and asking people’s opinion on them for the new menus

Liked: Excellent right from checking in. Bar staff were fabulous. We got back to the hotel just after midnight and the staff kept the bar open for us to have a last drink.

Liked: Veronika on reception was lovely very knowledgable and polite, the whole building smelt like a spa and room perfect.
