Owener is unprofessional, rude and...

Disliked: Would not recommend. They rang 2 hours before check in and told us they were not taking us, for no particular reason, very rude on the phone. When I tried to explain that it was two hours before and we were travelling could he help us find somewhere else he just hung up the phone on us, rang him back and he told us it was our problem not his. Very rude and unprofessional

Liked: it was shocked i booked that hotel and mentinoned the time of check in ,but when i reached from dublin to galway they did not reply even they didnt open the door so it was worst ever had experienced.
Disliked: it was my worst experienced i will never booked again
