Liked: Location, new furniture, nice staff, wifi
Disliked: Cleanliness (dirty floors, even walls), TV didn't work properly, only small towels

Disliked: Only part I didn't like was that our apartment was outside through a balcony so been on a fourth floor was bit scary.

Liked: Very nice accommodation in a quiet area near the metro and train. If you don't want to take the metro or train (about 10 minutes walk), you can use the bus that stops in the next street. There is a grocery store across the street open late.
Disliked: The accommodation itself was clean, adequate, very quiet at night. The sofa bed in the living room was not very comfortable, but sufficient for the kids. We would have appreciated better kitchen equipment, at least one cutting knife and an extra plate and/or a bowl. A tea towel would also be good.

Liked: Possibility of late check-in. Free parking (not private, so not sure if its always possible to find a space) on the street near the hotel. Clean rooms. Great supper and breakfast.There was an issue with the hot water. It suddenly stopped working in our room. We came to the reception and the staff was quite helpful. They tried to fix the issue, but as ot was late at night they could not get the specialist and I was provided access to another bathroom on our floor.
