Liked: Good location that is within walking distance from most sights and locations
Disliked: Stayed in the building across from the main hotel, tram track right outside window which can be a little loud

Great hotel and location, recommend!

Liked: I can really recommend this hotel, location is great, many places we wanted to see areonly 5-20 minutes walk time. Road is nearby but we did not hear any noise, really good. Rooms were comfortable, clean, bathroom clean, we had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly :) Check-in and check-out process was fast. Breakfast was very good, restaurant too in the evening. I really enjoyed the stay!

Disliked: The room was somewhat old fashioned and in need of some renovation. It did not give the impression of a 5* hotel.

Liked: Almost every aspect
Disliked: Nothing in particular. I would only put small (feather ) pillows in the rooms. But it is no exception, all hotels do not provide them.

Disappointing and depressing

Liked: The bath.
Disliked: The staff were unhelpful and rude. We requested a twin room and they refused to help us make the beds up until the second night of our stay. It advertises there is a spa and wellness centre there- there isn’t and you have to pay extra to use it. The breakfast was disappointing to say the least. Definitely not a 5*

Liked: - vegan friendly restaurant and the staff - possibility to use the Spa private- parking possibilities in the hotel garage- short distance to the St.Veits Dom- short distance to metro - twenty minute walk to the city center
Disliked: - separate building sold as a five star category - noise (street)
