Once is enough

Liked: We booked two Queens through booking.com; first they couldn’t locate our booking even with confirmation number. Anyway, after a while they figured it out and gave us a two double beds room instead two Queens. We were just too tired after skiing all day and don’t want to move again. We waited long enough at the lobby to get a room.
Disliked: Lift tickets, they didn’t let you buy 4 hours lift ticket at the ticket counter; forced me to buy the full day pass. I don’t think we will go back.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious with a nice view of the ski hill.
Disliked: The service was dissappointing for the price paid. They offered room service but did not deliver. After an hour of waiting for room service I had to go to the lobby bar to order it myself. At first I got a bunch of excuses (short staffed, too busy) but then the hostess acknoweldge my frustration, put a rush on my order, and offered a free drink. She definately did a good job of trying to turn the experience around. The negative experience could have been avoided with a quick phone call or text saying "due to , please come to the hotel lobby bar to place your order." Simply and easy but overlooked.
