Simple and clean 10 minute...

Liked: It was simple and affordable.
Disliked: A few little challenge- hard to open and close the blinds in the small room as the cord went too high to pull back down. The mattress was very firm on the single bed, also not having a blanket as standard was unusual. I did find it under the bed though.

The First Day Drama at...

Liked: I like the location
Disliked: The First Day Drama at the HotelMy stay at the hotel began with unexpected drama. Upon checking in, I was allocated room number 15. Shortly after settling in, I attempted to connect to the hotel’s Wi-Fi, only to encounter repeated failures across four devices, including my latest iPhone. Frustrated, I reported the issue to the reception staff three separate times. The staff member, who introduced herself as the “manager for the day,” assured me that the room had no connectivity issues and that no other guests had reported problems. It was Christmas Eve, and she mentioned that her husband would be picking her up. She added that he might be able to assist with the Wi-Fi issue, to which I reluctantly agreed. When he arrived, he came to my room, claimed to have successfully connected his own phone, and insinuated that our devices were old or problematic. His dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge the issue left me increasingly frustrated. At that point, I asked to speak to the actual manager.Instead of resolving the situation, the man became confrontational and began shouting at me. He declared that he was not an employee and therefore wasn’t obligated to help. His behavior escalated to the point of outright hostility, and when I attempted to walk to the reception to escalate the matter, he physically blocked my way. Feeling threatened, I had no choice but to contact the police.Simultaneously, he called the police himself, making an exaggerated complaint that my entire family, including my 9- and 6-year-old children, was being aggressive. When the police arrived, they mediated the situation, and the matter was eventually resolved. The man’s behavior was deeply troubling. Even at the reception area, he followed me and continued shouting, going so far as to threaten me by saying he would “ruin my holiday.” Such unprofessionalism and hostility were completely uncalled for, especially from someone who wasn’t even an employee of the hotel. I couldn’t help bu
