A very good choice for...

Liked: The stay was very good but there was a lot of noise due to ongoing lift renovations which did spoil things a bit. The hotel staff were very helpful however once this was raised and offered a discounted rate to reflect the inconvenience. I was also offered a room upgrade for only a slightly higher price before I arrived so that was a good display of initiative which I appreciated.

Disliked: The photos in the website are misleading photos .No relation to the room we saw. The bathroom was smelling bad due to lack of ventilation with a lot of mold. The beds also bad. I strongly advising do not book to this hotel for any reason.

Nice place to stay for...

Liked: The room was okay and clean with a consistent towel and cleaning service. Good value and great location close to Galeria Wilenska and 20 min from the Centrum. Very nice room service!
Disliked: Very thin walls and I was hearing noises from the other rooms people laughing and speaking loudly, the next 2 nights in the row I was hearing people having sexual intercourse staying late even until 2 AM - 3 AM I couldn't sleep at night. Additionally, I was smelling cigarettes in my bathroom. People were smoking in the rooms and the fire alarm didn't work.
