Liked: Very nice staff !!!. We were very comfortable minus the air temperature control which blew air directly over the bed. Also, if was closer to parking it would have been easier getting the bags in….definitely understandable The breakfast was very nice as well

Disliked: Staff barging in the room without notice was rude and horrible behavior from the new general manager and no action was taken after complaining about it ..This is a safety issue

Liked: The staff were very friendly. The outside of the building looks great.
Disliked: The heater was leaking and left a huge puddle on the floor. Our dogs ran in and were constantly eating scraps on the floor which means they hadn’t vacuumed in awhile. All the carpets should have been replaced 10 years ago. The windows were thin and we could hear traffic from the small Main Street throughout the night. They need to renovate all of the rooms.

Disliked: Parking lot is tight. Mold in bathroom. Decayed bathtub. Dirty windows & stained walls .Not very clean premises. Out of order ice machine & unsafe wet floors.Dust & mold present in bathtub & windows. Smelly toilet. Rust smell in faucet Water. Lobby Drinking water tasted bad like mold.Free breakfast is Not continental. Not ham & eggs Boiled eggs. Bread & waffle machine & yogurt, coffee ,orange juice ,milk,hot water & tea only. Very Loud location. Ac unit has dust & mold.
