A beautiful hotel to stay...

Liked: Loved staying at the Hydro to see Warde Elliott play. Was such a beautiful hotel. Loved being able to sit on the verandah and have a coffee.

Nice & comfortable stay.

Liked: Great location, well appointed, comfortable room at a very reasonable price.
Disliked: No restaurant on Saturday night was a bit of a downer.

A grand old hotel with...

Liked: Grand old period hotel that has been well maintained. Fabulous vistas from the balcony. Generous continental breakfast.
Disliked: The bathroom is lovely however the old-style bath allows a lot of water to run onto the floor - they need a curtain for the back of the bath to prevent this.

Great Hotel and highly recommend

Liked: The renovations are beautiful, Rooms were excellent and very comfortable. Pizza night on Friday nights was fun. Lovely Hotel and highly recommend. Included breakfast was a nice touch.
