Very comfortable, with very pleasant...

Liked: Breakfast was very good. All staff were exceptionally accommodating.
Disliked: A little more space to hang things in the bathroom would have been good. A microwave would have been nice.

A couple of mishaps but...

Liked: Quaint hotel beautifully decorated for Christmas. Loved piano music in lobby .
Disliked: No air !!!!!! They shut it off for the season. Our room was 80 degrees when checking in! No screens in our window !

Enjoy being pampered!

Liked: Fantastic customer service, from Valet (Barry) to check-in totally met my expectations. The room was spotless, extremely clean and comfortable. We have been here before and when we can, will be back, my wife especially loves this Hotel!!!

Very average stay, not worth...

Liked: Historic lobby was beautiful
Disliked: I travel a lot for work and see many hotels. While I appreciate this hotel's historic and beautiful lobby, the rooms left a lot to be desired. The room itself was small, the bed sheets were dirty and the wifi was unstable. I would not recommend this hotel given other options nearby.
