Liked: The location was good
Disliked: Water was off multiple times. Showers were ice cold. Rooms were sometimes 53 degrees and it was -20 outside. Construction going on extremely early in the morning. We weren’t given any notification prior to booking that remodels were happening. Staff wasn’t concerned and said “people get upset when it’s not up to date then get upset when we have to turn water off to remodel”. Manager was awful. Brought a whole wedding party there and everyone’s experiences were awful

Very comfortable and relaxing

Liked: The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. When our room was too hot because the heating messed up they moved us immediately. Would definitely stay there again
Disliked: The heating was messed up and I didn't like having to park 2 blocks away. Other than that it was wonderful

Liked: Location, ambiance and restaurant are great
Disliked: Bathroom is terrible. Toilet is super low and you cannot control the water temp in the shower; it either goes really cold or super hot and varies while you are trying to shower. Also, hot and cold in the sink are separate faucets that are spaces apart so you cannot wash in warm water.
