We love it, visit a...

Liked: Great location. I love the different styles in each room.
Disliked: Most of the staff is awesome, we have had some rude interactions with some of the workers in the Frost Cafe.

Won’t be back.

Liked: Location and historical building
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable and temperature could not be changed or shut off. 74 degrees all the time and fans ran all night making a very disturbing sleep. Left a message with front desk so hopefully they fix it but our experience has been that they usually ignore those comments. I hope this hotel is different.

Liked: It is an extraordinary place. I have been staying there for about 40 years. Staff, resturant and the little cafe-bar is amazing. I love the philosophy and history of the school!

Don’t miss the charm!

Liked: We all felt like we were in a Hallmark movie! It is charming in every way.
Disliked: The key (& they use real keys!) was a little sticky trying to get it out of the lock, but a little wiggling took care of that. If that’s a reason to not stay there, perhaps you are more fussy that I am. It was so warm and welcoming right from checking in.
