Disliked: My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was dirty and had broken items. The phone in the room didn’t work, and despite the hotel advertising free WiFi, it was unavailable for the entire 3-day stay. The staff claimed their WiFi provider went out of business, yet they had WiFi for their own use but not for guests. Additionally, I booked the room with breakfast included but found the options lacking. When I asked for a refund for the unused breakfast, I was told no refunds were possible since it was booked online—something they should have also considered for the WiFi issue. The bed sheets had yellow stains, and shockingly, after housekeeping was done, we found the toilet had been used by someone else. Overall, the stay was far below expectations
