Liked: Lovely large room, clean, comfortable with nice balconies. Helpful staff.
Disliked: Room on 1st Floor - so noise from street and busy cafe below considerable if you wanted the windows on street side open. Closed the windows and the noise was no problem.

Liked: Nice large room on 4th floor, v quiet up there. Nice balcony, friendly staff organised a taxi for me no problem. 24 hour reception, great location for metro
Disliked: Shower fitting was broken, but no issue really
