Visited for a function. Room...

Liked: Loved the room access to verandah. Pillows were so comfortable. Room was very nice.

OK once you get there.......

Liked: Large room with (locked) verandah overlooking river. Plenty of space..Comfortable bed - small bathroom but all facilities.On site hotel bistro good value for money.
Disliked: We weren't told at booking that our room was down 2 long flights of stairs - not at all suitable for elderly. Car parking totally inadequate - on Friday / Saturday nights - had to park off site. Car parks and surrounding outside areas dirty and uncared for. Faint sewage smell in room at first opening. Fridge in room was only a bar fridge with no freezer area
