Such a shame as could...

Liked: The location was good for our visit to the Air Museum at Cosford the following morning with only a 20 min journey. Quiet location. Bedding and towels clean. Also the price seemed reasonable but that was before we got there!
Disliked: The room was very unclean, in particular the bath/shower. It looked as if it had not been cleaned properly in a while with a very distinctive tide mark and dirt/pubic hair in the bottom. The water out of both the hot and cold taps was hot! Until the next morning when initially went to have a shower and there was only cold water. Eventually managed to get a shower but control of the temperature was sporadic. The carpet in the room was grubby and the mattresses were very soft and you could feel the springs.

Need an upgrade for what...

Liked: The receptionist was friendly
Disliked: The room was in very poor condition and had a really bad smell. The window had been kept open I'm guessing to try and air out the smell however this didn't work and just made the room cold as well. The TV was broken and there were hairs on my bed. I had to book alternative accommodation
