Liked: The rooms were clean and fine. In general a good stay.
Disliked: Breakfast was very expensive for what was offered. Internet did not work too well unless you paid extra for it.

Liked: I like that one of the counter members actually volunteered to help bring the luggage up when we found no help (I think this is more to do with the person than it is the usual). As I was traveling with an elderly family member and leaving on a later flight, having a later checkout was much appreciated. The close location to the hotel helped me have an easy return of a rental car at the Zürich airport and subsequent return to the the Hotel by shuttle (free). The rooms are also equipped with a coffee maker/hot water dispenser. Given that Swiss hotels don't often have a source of hot water for drinking we appreciated this. The beds were comfortable and did the job of giving us rest before a flight the next day.
Disliked: There was no one to help us with our bags on arrival. I had to take the luggage trolley from inside, out to the curb to load up with our luggage. This is not a place to stay if you need help with luggage. The breakfast buffet does the job of feeding you but is nothing outstanding. Our stays at an airport hotel are generally so short that putting effort into a buffet would really make the stay more memorable. Instead it just feels like it doesn't matter much.
