Generally very good, but I...

Liked: Very comfortable room (King). The sofa and table made for a good workspace, but also useful for relaxing. Good amount of wall sockets for electricals/gadgets. Excellent shower. Huge bathroom. Every hotel room has the best views in Woking, bar none. Wonderful and helpful staff.
Disliked: TV was rather dusty. Wi-Fi problems (and potential security issues based on where the AP is located and how it is configured). Complete lack of printed information - everything is available behind a QR code. No drinks menu at the restaurant, OXBO. No breakfast room service (yet). Dirty knife at OXBO. Starters and main course delivered at same time (OXBO restaurant). Kept waiting for 30+ minutes after meal.

Excellent service, place and View....

Liked: Everything
Disliked: The only thing it’s to not try to charge £15 for parking when you can pay yourself only £4 per night at the same car park
