Liked: Very comfortable room
Disliked: Very disappointed about late hours service... no food between 10.00 p.m. and 11.00 p.m. because the restaurant was closed but late shift had not arrived. Therefore, nothing to eat until significantly later. Then only either curry or pizza - does not take much to offer a more varied menu. Arriving at 10.30 p.m. is not that late to expect something OK to eat.

Liked: The room was very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. All the facilities needed were available in the room. The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: If you don't know the area is very difficult to get your head around how to get into the hotel, due to the work road in the front of the building. The night receptionist was very pleasant and friendly, but may need more training. I was not asked if I have been the hotel guest before. No explanation were given where my room was or description of what was available on the site.
