Clean, spacious room, staff on arrival were very pleasant and helpful. On checkout, though, I asked for a printed record of my bill and was instead told "it will be on somethingsomething.com." Was in a hurry so didn't fight, but shouldn't have to. I thought printed records of a guest's expenses were automatic.

Hilton Winnipeg Airport suites

Liked: We were staying to celebrate my youngest child's birthday. We were greeted promptly and with a smile. Veronica was very friendly and welcoming and went through the details for our stay and really ensured that all our needs were met. She went above and beyond- going as far as to bring up a cake and a birthday card! This added touch really made our stay special. The room was amazingly clean- there were 4 teens and this had us needing extra towels, which were brought to our room in very short order. We would love to stay another time!!
Disliked: The only - minor, very minor - thing that was a little... dissatifying was the children in the pool area that were 100% unsupervised. These kids were too young to be there without a guardian. I realize that this may not be something that should be held against the hotel - but it is in the agreement that is signed that minors be accompanied by adults.

Enjoying but slightly disappointed compared...

Liked: My granddaughter loves the pool and the executive lounge. We also like the restaurant.
Disliked: Last time we were there we had a hit breakfast and this time there was only danishes, muffins, bread and no cutlery to even spread the jam or butter.
