Clean, spacious room, staff on arrival were very pleasant and helpful. On checkout, though, I asked for a printed record of my bill and was instead told "it will be on somethingsomething.com." Was in a hurry so didn't fight, but shouldn't have to. I thought printed records of a guest's expenses were automatic.

Disliked: The air in the room was dry making breathing difficult. The rooms can use some humidifier in winter. Chairs in the room were worn out and needed replacement or at least fixing.
