Good for a one night...

Liked: I liked the staff and the foyer was lovely. The music outside was a nice touch as well.
Disliked: The outer exterior could look better and the shower head could use a deeper clean

Liked: Reception staff were good,
Disliked: Room was not of a standard I have been used to from other Hilton experiences. Adequate. Corridors looked tired and worn. Bed was comfortable, Room was clean, lighting was poor. The Breakfast area was chaotic, staff looked harrased. and did not have time to answer simple questions. Not enough spaces to sit down and I ended up having breakfast in the bar area. The breakfast was very poor. Little choice on cereals, cooked for was mainly cold and over cooked, I didnt eat much but enough to sample how poor it was. Croissants were hard and stale. Altogether a poor experience. Premier Inns have more quality than this.

Liked: Good property and great breakfast. Unfortunately some very noisy guests with children running up and down the corridor until past midnight. Whilst not the hotels fault , they did little to step in and sort.

What you would expect from...

Liked: What you would expect from a brand like Hilton, comfortable room, polite staff, easy check in, good breakfast. I have an EV and I was a little surprised to find there were no charging facilities in the car park.

Would recommend Hilton.

Disliked: I would have liked hot chocolate sachets in the room.
