Stay was ok , if...
Liked: Rooms where clean and nice and warm considering it was a little cold out ,
Disliked: Staff at the desk were rude , we were not greeted even when I said hello, kept huffing , over all didn’t seem like they wanted to be there nor care about there job considering it’s a customer facing job smile and manners doesn’t cost anything , cleaners kept coming in our room way before check out time even with the sign on the door but i appreciate they are trying to do there job ,

Uncomfortable bed, Accidental Sauna, No...
Liked: The free wifi was high-speed, the TV was HD and allowed me to connect my device, these two things meant I could use my xBox Cloud Gaming account. This is the limit of my positive feedback however.
Disliked: The first room I was given took me over 5 minutes to get to with a heavy case and a bad back. There was no offer of assistance. The room upon entering was like a Sauna at an indicated 27°C. When trying to change the temperature, the control panel informed me it was centrally managed and was set to 25°C. Maintenance was called, but they were unable to change the temperature and mainly just kept pushing buttons repeatedly. I had to go back to reception to change my room. The new room was closer and cooler; however, the bed was uncomfortable (rock hard) and the room smelled of petrol or fuel fumes. Upon checking out, I required a VAT invoice and was given one only to realise later that it was for the parking only; when I called to get a copy for the room I was refused because I booked through Booking.com, I travel weekly and have had to request invoices post stay before, Hilton were utterly uninterested in helping me. I would avoid staying at a Hilton again in the future.

The stay was good aside...
Liked: Breakfast was good. The hotel was easy to find.
Disliked: Although our room was on the ground floor we had to go up and down two small flights of stairs which was inconvenient with suitcases. Similarly, there was a steep flight of steps to negotiate at the front of the hotel.
