Liked: Relatively close, still Uber required, to the place where I needed to be.
Disliked: The room very basic and not the cleanest. Hotel's amenities are old, not maintained. Same applied to to the gym. Old an noise AC in the room. The general building is a mixture of ling corridors, my room was on the edge of one such a corridors and required a long walk from the elevators. I'd prefer to use the stairs near the room to enter the hotel, though there was no such an option. even with a room card.

Liked: The size of the room was good
Disliked: The room smelt like someone just had a curry meal. Plates were left outside our room door. The room was extremely cold even after adjusting the temperature.

Disliked: Bathrooms not clean, black mould on all the tiles and the side of the bath broken

Poor customer service in relation...

Disliked: I was charged an extra £9 without being told.
