In the website there is a price difference and the most expensive room as "Hi-Speed Internet" - guess what? I was expecting to have a free connection - true that it does not say for free but it makes you think that way since this is the only difference compared to a cheaper room. When I asked the staff the guy told me "it has connection but it is not free". Never experienced that before in other hotels and to make it worse the guy at the reception was pretty stupid. I'm sure you can find a better hotel if you're willing to pay USD 200/day. The only good thing was the location.

Excellent location for travellers

Liked: Excellent hotel. Comfortable. Convenient location (walkable attractions and transport systems). Nice view of Capitol Hill from the room. Plenty of lifts.
Disliked: Restaurant portions/prices didn't seem accurate.

Disliked: I found a bug bed in my bed and the concierge did nothing at all, he told me to send my complaint by email. The worst customer service ever and the worst staying at a hotel of this level.

Clean and good location but...

Liked: Very clean and the location was really good.
Disliked: Very expensive, value for money is not to what I would be looking for. Also they did not have baggage weighing scale nor provided complementary water bottles once you check in (which is bizarre for me as they provide free tea and coffee, so you need to buy water for that).

Liked: The hotel had a bar that opened at 4p and breakfast/restaurant in hotel.
Disliked: We stayed two days on the day we left they were knocking at 9:15 to clean the room already. The carpet on the 10th floor is rippled and could be a trip hazard. Older facility, probably the most outdated Hilton we’ve stayed at. For a Friday night bar closes at 11p at the hotel, most flights are coming in late and it would have been nice if they stayed open until 12 or 1. For a Hilton it wasn’t impressive.

Liked: Location very conformable beds and excellent shower facilities x staff were beyond helpful and pleasant will definitely rebook again
Disliked: The accommodation was clean and welcoming the room was fantastic with a super view of capital hill
