Disliked: Every thing was great but when we went to eat breakfast there were ants in the food. Definitely unacceptable for being one of the best hotels also most expensive hotels.

Liked: All the staff were so nice and helpful! I love the location next to the river walk! The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable! The breakfast was surprisingly fresh and flavorful while still being familiar and simple. Getting text check in's from the staff to make sure I was happy was a nice touch. Sunrise from my hotel room was lovely!
Disliked: Having to wait till 4pm to check in was surprising and a little inconvenient. It would be nice if the bar opened earlier than 5pm, too. I'd still happily stay here again, though.
