Still a great hotel but...

Liked: Nice location, comfortable rooms and beds, good breakfast with a diverse menu. We liked the restaurant, too, where the waiter (Balint) was super kind.
Disliked: The check-in process is a nightmare, complicated and takes very long, with the receptionist being condescending rather than helpful. The underground parking is not very practical, either. Cleanliness could be improved, in particular in the common areas.
