Disliked: I didn’t enjoy the waiter asking for a tip - maybe I am old school and like to give tips when they are deserved - but I don’t like someone asking for a tip. Totally in-professional.The reception girls were great by the way

Liked: The size and comfort of the bed, room lighting, upper floor, quiet room, size of safe, wifi connection reliability. Two room keys and bell hop service to hold luggage after check-out. Location close to underground and tram services. 12:00 check out was excellent.
Disliked: There was a water leak under the sink. Staff said it was fixed but still leaking a day later. Requested an extra top sheet before arrival but one was not provided until we asked a second time in person. The room advertised with a bath robe and slippers but not provided. Most people travel with two suitcases but only one luggage rack provided. Could also use more closet hangers.

Liked: The hotel was very close to urban/metro so the transfer from/to the airport was easy. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were polite.
Disliked: Personally I found the price of breakfast a little bit expensive as well as the prices of drinks at the bar in comparison to the prices we found at other places.
