Dissapointing, considering the price

Liked: Good breakfast, but expensive
Disliked: Way too much noise in the lounge. Loud DJ Friday and saturday and extremely noisy Sct Patricks party monday. We had to leave the lounge due to noise

Liked: Reception staff were polite and helpful.
Disliked: Staff in the lobby bar and restaurant were overwhelmed and not properly trained, the attitude was good, but the service quality was poor.The lobby itself felt chaotic at times!I asked for a dental kit twice and finally a maintenance staff knocked on the door and asked what was broken

Nice one night stay.

Liked: The location was just opposite of the train station so super conveniet for me. The breakfast was a nice, big spread that had everything I would wish for. The room was very nice and had a great view of Vienna.
Disliked: There was some confusion whilst checking in about the breakfast. I had paid alread and was then asked if I wanted the breakfast. I said yes and they couldn't add that because I've already paid. When checking out, there was two totals so it confused me and was told that the breakfast wasn't added to the original total so a few precious minutes were wasted.
