Very very dissapointing.
Liked: The area is nice.
Disliked: This booking was a nightmare! When we arrived to check in, the visa card chip would not work. They advised that they could not run a credit card manually as this could be disputed! We waited with our dogs in the lobby for almost an hour. Well, they tried to figure out what they were doing, and then they decided that they would take a debit card. When we tried the debit card their terminal would not connect and they were unable to process do to data to their terminal, by this time we were just tired of the ridiculessness, and decided to go to our trusted and true hotel down the road, Hotel Blu. Hotel Blu has no issue running a credit card. Whatever way works. When a person books online and comes in with the credit card and photo ID and they decide they can not run the card! Absolutly ridicules! Wow, the "manager" " Jeff" was not helpful at all with making things right. We will never go to this property again. When you book a property, there is the expectaion that the check in process should take no longer than 5 minutes, in the case of The Hilton they completly fell short on this one and we are super dissapointed. Do better! When you're in the hospitality industry, you need to remember you're in the hospitality industry.
