Liked: The location is very convenient and easy walk to all touristy spots!
Disliked: Very small thing. Sauna was a bit smelly and gym wasn’t cleaned with some used cup around water dispenser.

The staff was wonderful, but...

Liked: I was impressed by the helpful and friendly staff. Their readiness to assist and warm hospitality significantly enhanced my experience.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was not up to standard, being both dirty and dusty. Additionally, there was no hot water available for bathing, and this issue was not communicated to us until we reached out to reception.
