Clean and comfortable stay with...

Liked: The hotel was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Shuttle to airport was good as times of departure were written on a board at reception - so the journey could be planned.
Disliked: We must have just missed a shuttle bus as had to wait 1/2 hour in the rain for the next one. No information about times of departure /frequency at airport. The hotel did not answer two emails prior to the stay about shuttle transportation.

Disliked: Not a lot of help with bags etc staff not very welcoming

A good and functional Airport...

Liked: I liked it served our need. Airport shuttle bus was good.
Disliked: The check in counter was swamped with a large Spanish speaking family. There was only one check in person for a long time to deal with the family which was taking longer than it should have been.

Liked: Close to the airport with free shuttle.
Disliked: Note that all their junior suite with 2 beds are straight accross from the elevator- and it is a pet friendlyHotel- so you can hear a neighbors dog bark at all time of the night…
