Disliked: I booked through booking.com and the website says it has a pool but the pool is closed because it was damaged in the last hurricane and I was charged $25. More for the night then my total on booking.com and when I showed them the price difference at the front desk they said it was booking.coms fault and they wouldn't reimburse me the $25

Liked: The room was well equipped and comfortable. It was especially handy to have a washing machine and dryer available in the room.
Disliked: None of the facilities were available, i.e. the pool, bbq area and the wifi didn't work. We still got charged the resort fees though when the only thing we were able to use was the carpark.

Disliked: Avoid this hotel until renovations are complete and the pool area is fully functional. During our stay, we had no access to the pool or spa, and the room itself was outdated and very dirty - including sand and hair in the tub. On top of that, the room we booked was advertised as a two-bedroom suite with a king bed in one bedroom and two full-size beds in the other. However, we arrived to find only one queen bed in each room, which disrupted our planned sleeping arrangements. We were lucky that our stay was only for one night.
