So pleasurable, we hope to...

Liked: The ability to utilize the kitchen. The very comfortable bed, and room temp. It was very quiet in the room. Didn’t hear other people. The amenities, ie, games, outdoor seating, with the fire, and the offering of hot drinks.
Disliked: No breakfast of any kind offered.

Avila Beach is a hidden...

Liked: Wow - what a hidden gem. Avila Beach is a quiet beach / harbour just off the CA1 and is simply outstanding. We only stayed for one night but wanted to stay longer.We walked into the small promenade and had dinner in the Custom House.Overall - highly recommended location and hotel

Overall good experience.

Liked: The location, view from the room and size of the room were great.
Disliked: Carpet was stained and overall interior was out dated.

Passable

Liked: Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking tools. Pool and spa were nice. Room was spacious for a family of 4 with small kids.
Disliked: Our bike got stolen from the parking lot. The bike lock was cut. We had a view of the beach but there was a roofline blocking a lot of it.
