The living room has a sofa bed. There is also a separate dining area with a partial kitchen. Laundry facilities and a game room are offered at Riviera Shores Resort. WiFi access is available for a fee. Beach access is available adjacent to the property. San Juan Capistrano Community Center and Sports Park is a 10 minutes' drive away. Elevator Outage Alert: The elevator in Riviera Beach's Phase II building is currently out of service for repairs and is anticipated to be restored by February 15, 2025. During this time, Guests can access the upper floors of the building by using the stairs as well as the elevator located at Riviera Shores, which will require a longer walking distance. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Thank you!

Liked: Everything!!! It was refurbished and we stayed in the first building away from lobby -
