Featuring an outdoor pool and a fitness center, Riviera Shores Resort is located in Capistrano Beach. A TV and a balcony with BBQ facilities are provided in each room at Riviera Shores Resort. The living room has a sofa bed. There is also a separate dining area with a partial kitchen. Laundry facilities and a game room are offered at Riviera Shores Resort. WiFi access is available for a fee. Beach access is available adjacent to the property. San Juan Capistrano Community Center and Sports Park is a 10 minutes' drive away. Elevator Outage Alert: The elevator in Riviera Beach's Phase II building is currently out of service for repairs and is anticipated to be restored by March 1, 2025. During this time, Guests can access the upper floors of the building by using the stairs as well as the elevator located at Riviera Shores, which will require a longer walking distance. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Thank you!

Very good

Liked: Staff was awesome. Room was very nice and a great view. On,y issue was being on the top floor…the heat and air conditioning units were on the roof right above rooms and they hummed very very loudly into the room. Trying to sleep with that was alittle difficult.

A tranquil and restoring place...

Liked: The new space! Beautiful and open. Loved to be able to cook. Great view and comfortable.
Disliked: Need small tongs in kitchen drawer. Pillows in couch.
