Exceptional

Don't let the lobby fool...

Liked: The staff was very professional and nice. The sheets were surprisingly nice on the bed and the AC was very cold.
Disliked: The lobby is deceiving as the rest of the hotel is quite worn. The carpet in my room was threadbare and stained. The shower had hard water crust and dirt along the base of the shower doors, the sink was rusty around the drain. The desk was filthy. There was a broken cord of some kind on the floor as well as pieces of some sort of red plastic that was shredded. The bed seemed to be the kind that folds into the wall. I could hear everything from the adjacent room and smell people's food that they were heating up. There is no F & B on the property, except the convenience store.

big rooms and close to...

Liked: Great location, comfy beds, very clean hotel and Free bottled water
Disliked: this wasn't a big deal. the 2 elevators in our section were slow. in peak hours you couldn't get in because they were full.once we realized there was another set of elevators it was much faster

Liked: I have stayed here many times ( maybe 12 ).The room was very quiet and the bed, which was a sofa bed, was very comfortableas were the pillows.Staff were excellent and very attentive.I had 2 problems which were sorted within 10 minutes. V good service.
Disliked: I have stayed here x 12 times since 2000, the room was the smallest I have ever had at this location. It seemed that it was half the room that it had been originally.For the price paid, I would have expected the room to be serviced daily instead of never.This seems to be the new "not to do" protocol.
