Nice hotel. Would book again...

Liked: Staff was nice. Room was nice and spacious. Pool was great!
Disliked: The loud people above us. We complained to the front desk several times, but it did not help. I also emailed the hotel manager in hopes of some type of response but so far nothing. Being woken up at 6 am on our weekend getaway to what sounded like wild animals and also it continuing until almost midnight was very disappointing.

Liked: This place was completely remodeled, so it was very clean, and the kitchen and amenities were perfect for staying with family. The pool and jacuzzi were also fantastic.

Liked: The pools, slides, bar, food, and staff in the pool area. Beds are comfortable. Clean sheets and towels. Resort views of the mountains were amazing!
Disliked: Suites are dated. Carpet was filthy. Little critters everywhere in the kitchen and bathroom.

Liked: The pool area was nice. Great parking.
Disliked: The room looked like it hadn’t been updated in 20-30 years. I’m guessing they give the nicer rooms to timeshare owners. We had a corner room but it was very loud next door any time they did anything including cleaning the units. Not enough space for charging devices for a family of 3. Our bed had one side table with one outlet and the other side was up against the patio door which was kinda annoying to get in and out of bed. Just meh.
